MY STORY
Over the years, I have learned that real organizational performance is rarely about simply asking people to work harder. It is about understanding what gets in their way, creating clarity, and helping people and teams work together more effectively.
It might sound simple, but research shows time and again: people do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and safe, a concept often described as psychological safety. That does not mean lowering standards; it means creating clarity and accountability while nurturing connection, shared purpose, and a culture of continuous learning.
I have spent more than 15 years working in global corporate environments, across Amsterdam, London and San Francisco, both as a team member and as a leader. Working in complex, international and matrixed organizations has taught me that organizational challenges are rarely caused by one thing. Structure affects behaviour. Processes affect collaboration. Technology affects decision-making. Leadership affects accountability.
That is why I take a holistic approach to transformation.
I combine experience in leadership, complex programmes, organisation design, process improvement and change with a strong belief in the potential of people. I listen first, ask questions, look for connections and involve the people who need to make the change work.
My goal is simple: to create the conditions for people and organizations to unlock their potential and achieve better results.
